Our retail catalog sells for $5.00; catalog purchase price will be refunded with your first order. Shipping charges within US are $4.00 (Priority Mail). Shipping charges outside US are $15.00 (Air Mail).

Business Hours
Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern time. Closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.

Ordering
Call us during business hours or fax us at any time (preferred). When ordering please list quantity, description and part number.

Terms
All terms, conditions and prices are subject to change without notice.

All orders are shipped C.O.D cash or certified check. Visa and Master Card are welcomed.

Custom and one-off orders must be pre-paid.

Dealers may use company check after having filled completely our dealer application and after have being approved. There will be a $ 20.00 charge on all return checks. Cost of legal fees, interest and service charges will be added to all unpaid invoices if litigation is necessary for collection.

Freight charges will be added to each order.

Back Orders: Back orders will be held for 60 days. Please cancel by phone or fax any item in back order you do not wish held.

Freight: All USA orders will usually be shipped UPS Ground. Air freight is available upon request.

Freight Claims: We carefully inspect all our products before shipping them. All claims for loss or damage are to be made by the customer to the freight carrier; we are not responsible for damages incurred during shipping.

Returns: All claims must be made within 30 days of shipping date. Returns must have written authorization from Eurocomponents, Inc.; no returns without authorization will be accepted. A 20% handling fee will be charged to restock parts. The 20% handling fee will not be charged if the return is the result of defective merchandise or an error on our part. All returns must be sent freight prepaid and packaged correctly; customer is responsible for products damaged during shipment due to improper packaging.

Absolutely no packages will be accepted for return if shipped C.O.D to us.

Eurocomponents, Inc. will release a credit for the returned merchandise at the price of purchase for future orders.

Warranty: None of the products on this web-site is DOT approved. All products on this web-site are for custom applications and intended as dressing material, exclusively for displays and show-rooms. It is responsibility of the user to determine the suitability of the products on this web-site for his or her use. The user shall assume all legal, personal injury risk and liability and all other obligations and risks associated therewith. All products on this web-site must be installed only by legitimate motorcycle businesses. The installation of the parts on this web-site may void your factory warranty. We have complete confidence in our parts, but we strongly recommend to test fit all products before any modification or painting. Eurocomponents, Inc. will not be held responsible for any labor or paint cost under any circumstance.

Our guarantee is limited to repair or replacement of defective products up to 30 days from date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, negligence, alteration or misuse. We will not accept for return any product that has been damaged or modified for improper installation.

Eurocomponents, Inc. will not be held responsible for incidental damages arising from or in connection with the use of any part sold by Eurocomponents, Inc.

Chrome-plating: Billet aluminum products have a one year warranty on the chrome finish. After inspection Eurocomponents, Inc. will re-chrome or replace defective items. If chrome fails after installation, Eurocomponents, Inc. will not be held responsible for any labor cost under any circumstances. Remember to use extreme caution when installing chromed billet aluminum parts; chrome finish is very fragile. There is no warranty on exhaust pipes and mufflers with regard to any discoloration; blueing or discoloration is caused by tuning, cam timing, carburator jetting, overheating and is not caused by defective manufacturing. Once you have started your motorcycle there is no refund on exhaust systems, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
