| Metapol strutless and self-supporting rear fenders are made of GFK fiberglass, reinforced w a 3mm steel plate molded inside. The total thickness of the fenders is 9mm.
Since they are 8” wide, they allow the installation of fat tires, even the new Avon 230! Installation is very easy: just drill holes on the fender and bolt it directly onto the frame.
FXST frames are to be modified by cutting off fender struts; the steel plate inside the fender replaces them.
